I loved staying here, the location was so comfy. I had good size room with central heating, a safe box and a work desk in it. Top notch customer service provided too. Overall, free WiFi in the rooms was an unexpected bonus. Peaceful place to stay while in Iselin.
The bed of mine was very uncomfortable.

Wanted to explore Iselin and this hotel was decent base for doing it. This property is equal to 4 stars.

The place is 1 mile away from Iselin downtown. Big room, comfy bed. We would return anytime, as the hotel met all requests.

Nothing beats being in Apa Hotel Woodbridge. The breakfast was very good & parking was on site. U-Yee, set within 25 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

They have a shuttle to move you for free but if you go to the airport to pick up customers of an airline do not give you service, although its page informs you of this service at the reception they inform you that it is according to availability. To go from the hotel is practical, but to pick you up according to the luck you can wait too much. I had a bad experience with the driver David on Wednesday afternoon. The topic he chose, I don't think it was convenient as he talked about the nonsense of having bidets in the bathroom, the silly management of buying cheap toilets that heat your bottom, and customers complaining because they are lazy and don't want to walk from Metropark station to the hotel. Also, he was complaining about bad drivers he found and when we arrived at the hotel he said "they are morons" because there was a car parked at the entrance. That was stressful for me. In the first pick up he told me that during his dinner time he does not do pickups, so at least I should be in the same spot for 1 hour and a half so I told him to drive me for dinner instead and he refused. On the second pick up on the way to the hotel, I was 20 minutes outside and he did not apologize for the tardiness. I would expect at least an ETA as it gets chilly when I called. When I complained of the poor service he answered that he receives a lot of good reviews, and when I responded he was not listening to me, he insulted me and told me literally I was nuts. Of course, on Thursday morning I explained this poor service and told the receptionist to escalate this as this is not up to the Hotel standards, I would suggest managing the pickups differently, either a daily reservation or inform an ETA or choose more comfy meeting points or.
